S-Series Air Curtain Burners
The skid-mounted S-series firebox incinerators are transportable by low-boy or drop deck trailer, sliding axle "Landoll" type or tilt-bed trailer. They are completely self-contained and do not require any setup or teardown. The refractory lined fire box allows for a more controlled burn without the need for an earthen pit or trench. S-series units are loaded over the top. The twin doors at the rear of the machine are for ash removal. The unit can be dragged on its skids around the site for dumping of ash and/or repositioning of the unit. The area inside the refractory walls is open to the ground.

Diesel Engine Version: S-300 Series: Kubota V3300-TE (Tier2). S-200/S-100/S-10 Series: Kubota V2003-TE (Tier2), or equivalent engines. Diesel fuel consumption rated at average operating RPM. Drive System: PTO & mechanical direct coupling drive. Fuel tank: min. 65 gallons or 246 liters.
Through-put depends on many factors, such as nature and type of wood waste, its moisture content, prescribed opacity limits, operator skills, elevation of location, etc. The figures stated here are guidelines only. For more detailed specifications, click here.
