T-series trailer mounted air curtain incineration systems have been designed and engineered to provide over-the-road transportability, offering the operator the flexibility of reducing land clearing or cleaning construction waste on-site as opposed to hauling to a fixed processing or dumping location or chipping it at high cost. Diesel Engine: T-400, Kubota V3300-TE (Tier2). T -200: Kubota V2003-TE (Tier2), or equivalent engines. Diesel fuel consumption rated at average operating RPM. Drive System: PTO & multi-belt drive.

A self contained, completely assembled above ground Air Curtain Incinerator (air curtain burner) with a refractory lined firebox for permanent (stationary) installations or for applications requiring a portable unit. Designed for the high temperature burning of yard trash, forest slash, land clearing debris and untreated wood waste with performance exceeding the requirements of US EPA 40CFR60.
Shipped from the factory completely assembled ready for immediate use and does not require disassembly for relocation. These fireboxes are also used for disaster recovery and Homeland Security contingencies and for certain MSW disposal applications. Electrically powered version available for permanent (stationary) installations.

S-Series Air Curtain Burners
The skid-mounted S-series firebox incinerators are transportable by low-boy or drop deck trailer, sliding axle "Landoll" type or tilt-bed trailer. They are completely self-contained and do not require any setup or teardown. The refractory lined fire box allows for a more controlled burn without the need for an earthen pit or trench. S-series units are loaded over the top. The twin doors at the rear of the machine are for ash removal. The unit can be dragged on its skids around the site for dumping of ash and/or repositioning of the unit. The area inside the refractory walls is open to the ground.
